To me this is a huge theme in life. It comes up across all types of situations. It’s everywhere. Repetition. Self-referential. Repeat.
Computer programming, The TV show Community, Music, Comedy, Good recipes … The greatest book of all-time.
It’s an idea that should be kept in mind. Because guess what? It comes up again and again… and again.
Why does it matter or how do we use it?
If we see a theme or pattern play out in one area its sure to play out in another. (my next post will hit back on that idea)
Basically repetition and self-referential ideas occur because they provide us some truth. Ideas and situations reoccur because there is something in their nature.
There is an underlying truth.
It all comes back to God. He’s pointing to himself… it’s so Meta.
